New to the series?
You don't need to have played any prior SAO game. Echoes of Aincrad retells the first arc from a new player's perspective — your created avatar, not Kirito. The demo (about 3–4 hours) is the best way to learn the feel before launch, and your save carries over. Pair these guides with the Build Planner to plan ahead.
